threw some fits in europe??
One of the most exciting things for me when it came to traveling was the outfits that I was planning. Fashion has always been something that I was interested in, and getting to experience it from a European point of view was enlightening and fun. We simply enjoyed getting ready for the day and for school. There is a big stereotype around Europeans in terms of the way they dress, as if they were always dressed up and whatnot. In my personal experience, this was not always the case but definitely a big difference that I noticed was the lack of athleisure in public. In the states, it is a bit more common for us to wear leggings or sweatpants out or to school, whereas at school in Rome, that was rarely the case. I was also fortunate enough to take fashion marketing classes at school, so seeing everyone’s style was always a highlight. Before coming to Rome, I had done some thrifting as well as shopping online using The Real Real as a great source to find some vintage pieces at a great price. A lot of pieces I also found in Rome were from local thrift shops, as well as trying to get as much authentic Italian leather as we could. Whether it was a black blazer or a leather jacket, we always tried to look as put together as we could as well as adapting to the country we were in at the time. Some of these outfits were outfits to school, in different countries, as well as just going out in Rome, and I am so excited to share them.

Entire fit from H&M! Just plain black jean shorts paired with a plain bathing suit top. The cover-up is black with rhinestones over it that I am obsessed with. I bought this in the store last summer, so I could not link it.
In the fall, the weather was a bit cooler, but when we would go out, it was a double-edged sword of how hot it would be inside the club. So many of my staple pieces came from Amazon, especially these plain black pleated trousers. I loved them whether it was for school or going out; they were perfect and fit wonderfully. This long sleeve leather top was also ideal and simple for a night out.
Iceland was exactly as you would imagine it….freezing. This chocolate brown matching Nike sweat set was so cute and perfect for keeping me warm the whole weekend.

Same Amazon trousers with the Louis Vuitton trainers. Top is a beautiful thrifted silk tank top with lace trim. Still love this look and was so comfortable.
Canada is always a good time especially if The Eras Tour is involved. I chose Reputation as my era and I had thrifted this Lamborghini puffer jacket a few weeks before that I felt went perfect. I paired it with black mini shorts, black boots, and tights.
This was one of my first days out and about in Rome after I was finally off crutches in October. The top is vintage Victorias Secret and pants are the same black Amazon trousers!
Another school day: Tank top is from Brandy Melville, leather jacket was from Shein back in 2021 that I absolutely ruined in Italy from all the wear and tear. “C” necklace is Amazon!
New York Jets leather jacket was thrifted in Rome, jeans are New York and Company, and paired with a plain black tank top underneath.
Before I left for Europe, I was scouring the internet for the best blazers I could find and I went absolutely crazy on The Real Real. Blazer is Wathne Vintage from 1990, jeans are vintage Levi’s 501s, and the grey top underneath is from Subdued.
Even in Rome, I had to continue to support my favorite football team, Bayern Munich. I thrifted this Bayern kit in Rome and pair it with my Levis 501s, and baby blue Adidas Campus’s. Sunglasses are from Target and necklace is Amazon.
Back in Rome for a second semester and this was our first day out. I thrifted this baby pink short sleeved blazer from Goodwill and paired it with low rise jeans from Pacsun. You can’t see my shoes but I am wearing brown and white Nike low dunks.
Greece was a dream but also extremely hot and humid. I tried to keep everything super light so these white linen pants are from TJ Maxx and my grey backless top is from Subdued. Sunglasses are from Target.
